Tip #1:  Include a copy of the recordings your clients event received on CD, and include it with your Satisfaction Survey.  When the customer receives your survey and listens to the audio, they will be brought back to their special day and are more likely to remember many ways you went above their expectation. They're certain to return their survey.


Tip #2:  Playing your audio without any additional audio in the background, provides best clarity. While it might seem best to play the audio over the looped instrumental intro, remember that your client and their guests will only have one opportunity to hear every word said and provides maximum impact.


Tip #3:  All participants (Bride, Groom, Parents, Friends, Family) should be instructed to keep their recording secret until which time you reveal it on their special day. This is best accomplished through the instructions that the callers hear when calling in, prior to leaving their message.  Greeting scripts are available within the Marketing Toolkit.


Tip #4: 
Encourage participation by using the one-and-a-half minute audio commercial which explains to the listener the purpose of their call-in, and how to perform their call effectively. Audio Commercials available within the Marketing Toolkit.


Tip #5:  
Burn the above mentioned "Bride/Groom" audio commercial to CD, and distribute to Brides visiting your wedding exhibitor booth at the next bridal show/expo in return for their information. Simply explaining this is something they can listen to as soon as they get in their vehicle leaving the show, will encourage them to give you first consideration over your competition ~ for a service they don't provide their clients. Parents attending a show with their son/daughter could be provided a "Parents" CD which includes the audio commercial for Parents recordings to their child as well as a request for their assistance in promoting the Friends & Family Hotline audio commercial.

Tip #6:   Create a promotional page within your website advertising that you are a provider of Audible Memories. When customers are looking to find a DJ who sets themselves apart from their competition - you'll show them up front that you encourage uniqueness within your events. Tip #7:   Include Banner in Signature at the bottom of your signature lines, and within community forums which you participate at online which are within a potential clients potential view.  Signature banners in both animated and static are available within the Marketing Toolkit.


Tip #8:   Use the social medias like MySpace, Facebook, Twitter, and other blogging sites to promote that your company offers Audible Memories.


Tip #9:  Have a connection with venues/vendors which provide you advertising space with on their Bridal Table? If so, use one of the pre-done flyers/postcards/business cards to attract your next clients' attention.


Tip #10:   Recordings from Friends & Family who are unable to attend, are best played back during dinner. We recommend inviting the newlyweds to the center of the dancefloor and explaining to them [while on the mic] that as they look around them at all their friends and family who have joined them on their special occassion - there were still those unable to attend, who wanted to share their congratulatory words. At the end of the last recording, simply ending with - "... from both near and far, lets again congratulate <insert names here>."
