While the hotline itself is leased out at $15 per month, the client could and in most cases would be willing to pay a $50 to $100 upcharge.

 
Do I have to have multiple hotlines?

No.  You are welcome to use one hotline as a generic, and are even provided the access code to change the greeting - allowing you to update your outgoing greeting instructions, to personalize the greeting to that of the caller you are expecting.

 

Separate lines allow the caller to hear greeting instructions tailored to the type of person calling in, without the need for your company to continually update the greeting instructions. (i.e. A bride or groom calling in would hear that they will be leaving a message to their fiance to be played back during their first dance; whereas parents are informed their recording will be played back during the father/daughter or mother/son dance)

 
Can I change the greeting instructions?

Yes.  When you setup your hotline with us, you are given a unique pin number for each hotline - this pin number remains active, allowing you to change the outgoing greeting at your leasure.

 
How soon is my hotline(s) setup?

New hotline orders received Monday - Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM Arizona Time, will be processed within 1 hour in most cases. Please wait up to one hour after having placed your order to receive your toll-free hotline details - use the contact Robert menu option ONLY if you have waited and have not yet heard back.

 



Orders received outside these hours will be processed no later than the end of the next business day.
 
What is the maximum number of recordings per hotline?
There is no limit to the number of recordings you receive.
 
When/How do I Cancel?

You can cancel any add-on, or your base subscription plan - at any time. To cancel, login to your account and under "Sign Up >> Subscription Plans".
